BioLiquidator ImageCarcass disposal solutions have been a major topic of discussion over the last 10 years. Incineration is dirty, inefficient, expensive, and is quickly becoming a method of the past. Alkaline hydrolysis tissue digestion has proven to be a valid alternative with a better impact on the environment and less costly operation. Previous alkaline hydrolysis carcass disposal systems work very well, but are not without their flaws. The largest problem is the cost of entry for a system that is able to dispose of sizable quantities of tissue. By the time you purchase a high pressure system, reconfigure your facility or even construct a new building to accomodate the system, then hire and train operators and maintenance personnel, you have hundreds of thousands...and up to several million dollars in costs. Systems up to this point have been expensive, complicated, and because there are many different models, they are plagued with problems and have extended learning curves to perfect their operation.

Bio-Response Solutions is proud to introduce The BioLiquidator; a versatile carcass disposal alternative that is affordable and easy to use.

Features and Benefits:
